Thanks to Her World Magazine, Kanebo sent me 2 products for a product trial - the Fresh Day Cream (retailing at SGD98) and Night Lipid Wear (retailing at SGD130). I'll be reviewing it over the next few weeks, and you will read about my review in the June's issue of Her World! Since they sent it to me this afternoon, I started with the Night Lipid Wear and it was light and smelt gently refreshing. I like how it just glided on and got absorbed so quickly!  Loving its stylish packaging Scoop a good amount with the spatula provided  Enjoy and massage the product in. My skin slurped it all up! This night moisturiser gives an awesome moisture boost, and soothes me for sleep with its pleasant floral sandalwood scent. And now, time for bed. Zzzz

A friend tagged me on a FB post and that's when I learnt about the Sentosa Kidz Flea 2017! Such an awesome opportunity to teach the kids about running a little stall and marketing- from readying the product, to packaging, to promotion, to placement and to people! The kids are super excited. They had been gathering small change the whole week, and preparing decoration materials, and they thought about ringing handbells for grabbing attention. Thanks to Daiso, I found a lovely handbell, which Kaylee shall be in charge of this Sunday! We made the gold text and buntings together, guess we can just string it together on Sunday morning at the booth yea? Shouldn't take too long... plus the gramps will all be joining forces to assist in setup, I think we can get it up and ready!  Yes, it's true ~ handmade ok! Since I'm pretty free now, I started indulging in dolling my girl up - hairwise! Braids are my fav, why not practise on her for school? After CNY, I think my "luck" changed entirely. To me, for the better. Firstly, I'm changing career. Positions ended and I'm looking out for other interesting things I could do and enjoy. At the same time, I decided to send my previous maid back. She was OUTTA HAND! A few months back, I found out she had secretly purchased a new handphone (at the same time that I found my son's wallet missing with cash enough to purchase one). Her work just piled up (literally a mountain fulla clothes unironed, yard area very untidy, house unkept, etc. Attitude to the gramps. And the last straw came when she disappeared while we were out and was spotted with another gender! Immediately, I called the agent to pick her and send her off. I had to control myself for a few more days because the agency was closed for CNY! And hence, I became "maidless" for about 3 weeks in Feb too. Tiring! Hello 2017! We started it off with a home party on 1st Jan with our fav family and relatives, and celebrated Kaylee's and Ethan's birthdays together. We had so much food ingredients to use up post-Xmas. I made a strawberry shortcake birthday cake and randomly decorated with mini figurines (saved me some good money!) These two kiddos love each other so much. I'm so happy to be able to spend good time with them, though I wish I could have more time! And then, school began on 3rd Jan. It was Ethan's first day at Pri 1! Both the boys had a hard time getting up at the unkind hour of 5am. No choice, since their bus picks them up at 5.50am! Yea it is hard work wanting to send the kids to a "good school". I still subscribe to the belief of sending kids to a "good school" where possible. Unfortunately, it's a boys' school! So I'm gonna face a huge headache for Kaylee's enrolment. But... till then~
